what is a cryptic crossword setter and us changed the name intentionally coz there was another movie gaining popularty known as the french connection so i think to counter that and to make bruce lee popular they named it the chinese connection
Not an easy film to make, what with Bruce Lee and Lo Wei not getting along and the rather primitive sound equipment to contend with. Even so and in spite of the somewhat cartoonish violence, Bruce Lee's Martial Arts comes through and is the sole reason for watching this film.
its not exactly error it was really launched in united states as fist of fury and then in 2005 they made it correct so for over 3 decades this error was there in the cinematic universe
van vliet actually bcoz many bruce lee films have more than one names there has been confusion over whats what this problem started in US where they named the original fist of fury as the chinese connection and then used the fist of fury title for big boss the same happened for the way of dragon which in some countries was shown as return of the dragon

Jackie Chan 2013 New Movie The Big Brawl English Full Movie
Battle Creek Brawl should have been better received back then in 1980 there is PLENTY to enjoy and it is in English including Jackie Chan :)
Who cares that it's incorrectly labeled as new? I'm grateful it's uploaded in its entirety with great picture quality and sound. This was his intro film to a lot of American audiences who were unfamiliar with his earlier work, and who were still getting over the death of Bruce Lee. This film is one where Jackie established his own fighting style and screen persona, and proved that he was not going to be another Bruce Lee clone. New audiences loved him for this, and the rest is history. One another note, just how old us Mako anyway? I mean, the guy was actually a villain who fought Bruce when he played Kato on the green hornet!, Mako is IMO one of the great unsung Chinese martial arts stars who never quotes get the recognition he deserves. As an actor he has amassed a tremendous body of work
Jackie earned a black belt in tae kwon do in one month while filming this movie. he also learned how to rollerskate in 5 days for this film!

2013? I think you're off by at least 3 decades. This was Jackie Chans first attempt at breaking in on american cinema. It wasn't a sucess. Neither was his second attempt a few years later with The Protector. Not until the early 90's with Rumble in the Bronx did he become a hit here in the U.S. After that his older movies became popular here in the U.S.

"Kung Fu Man" (Kung Fu Hero) is Tiger Chen's second film this year after "Man of Tai Chi" (太极侠).
Some odd accents for supposedly American characters. Still a decent Tiger Chen movie. Man of Tai Chi is better.
Yes the kid is very very annoying every time is ping and he screaming alot very annoying kid that is but the movie was nice.
Tiger Chen is an awesome martial artist/actor! He kicked butt in that movie he did with keanu reeves too! I would like to see him in some movies with actors like:jacky wu jing, donnie yen, Nicholas tse, etc....those caliber of actors .Even better ,my favorite actor ever Andy Lau! I wonder if this film would be considered as a wu xiao film? Really good movie though, but I would have liked to see the cops and parents show Chen honor at the end ,showing their sentiment for his saving the child and going out of his way to do it all while being chased after by the criminals as well as the cops.
The body can do extremely amazing things under extreme situations, the brain releases a drug that can make you for example super strong or fast. There was one case I remember where a hiker got stuck underneath a boulder (like a ton) and somehow he was able to lift it off. Science is awesome and so is he human soul, mind, and body.
When breaking what is supposed to be a baseball bat...its always best to have the practical effects....like the cuts in the side, facing AWAY from the camera and wow the translator has no idea what the english language should sound like, BUT if you turn the sound off, put on some tunes and watch this, its alright

So Humanity becomes mostly underwear models with pretty good personal hygiene, and a really great dry cleaner. And if you roast your giant killer sloth totally well-done, you won't become a weresloth. And everyone is required to qualify for springboard stunts.
I googled; there are many movies in which Sean does not bite the dust, but he certainly does have a high death rate overall.
Yes in deed it is a good movie and reminded me of other movies that are some what the same but different in others ways. But all in all in is a good movie in my opinion. So before you think my word or anyone else's word for it. I just say this. Watch it for yourself and then you decide.

nice movie guys, showing to us all that education is a key to freedom, people were oppressed cause they cannot read, only Keleb knew how to read. on the other hand, shows the selfish king, who careless about people but only himself and his family. i wish we can learn that sharing always safes many lives

yes it is--he was also in an episode of Star Trek The Next Generation. But, because of his ugly face, he always looks like a sadistic killer.
The film was more or less watchable until the end when apparently the writers went on strike.the money dried up, and the stage hands came up with the idea of a surprise visit from the Incubus It was "Fun House" scary, meaning not at all.

didn't like this one at all. you had these members of a sect (brothers of God), who were robbers and killers, but pretended that they were friends of God. never believed this for a second--as a movie premise. Am surprised that Wes Craven made it after this---it was REALLY that bad! Had I not seen Wes Craven movies already, I would never want to see one after watching this.
He's a good actor imo. Been in many things from "one flew over the cookoos nest", to "devils rejects" and heaps of others. He's one of those easily recognisable actors, much like danny trejo with is rough face and tattoos. Or vincent schiavalli and his "sad face" with grey circles under his eyes (he was the organ grinder from batman returns 1992). Or forrest whittaker with his lazy eye, and so-on. These actors may not fit in "hollywood hotties" list or whatever, but they are usually excellent and memorable actors. And because they arent all "perfect" like the rest of hollywood actors, they seem more real as people and more believable in their role. Thats just my opinion anyways, up to you if you agree or disagree ;-)
I thought the same thing - was I watching a bad made for tv movie? Wes Craven, I'm sure, never lived this one down. Every writer/director has their ups and downs, and this was waaaay down. Too many characters with too many problems, that never were made clear. The ending was atrocious and came out of nowhere. For Sharon Stone lovers, she acted like a zombie throughout most the movie. Skip this one entirely!

Itx obvious that the 1st Fright Night was the best, i use to watch that 1 endlessly as a kid back in the day, but this 1 i wasnt to disappointed in, it was entertaining, but after watchin Jerry Dandridge, he cudnt b duplicated..and after watching the most recent Fright Nights, they shudve left the originals alone...
Roddy McDowell wanted to make a 3rd fright night movie back in the early 90s, but the studio executive he was to discuss it with was murdered (along with his wife) by his 2 sons the night before Roddy was to talk it over with him - the executive name was Jose Menendez , the murder case was big news at the time - I would have loved to have seen a fright night 3, Roddy was perfect as Peter Vincent.

Damm! I stayed awake till 2 in the morning cos I thought there's a better part coming! At first I thought Laura will fall inlove to Julian and Julian will do the same! BUT IT DIDN'T HAPPEN! HAHAHA! I accepted that. So I went from that thought to OH MAYBE HE CAN SAVE HER. HE'LL HELP HER. But holyshit! SHE FUCKIN SUCKED HIS BLOOD! uuuuuuurgh!! Watta waste of time!
