Jackie Chan 2013 New Movie The Big Brawl English Full Movie Battle Creek Brawl should have been better received back then in 1980 there is PLENTY to enjoy and it is in English including Jackie Chan :) Who cares that it's incorrectly labeled as new? I'm grateful it's uploaded in its entirety with great picture quality and sound. This was his intro film to a lot of American audiences who were unfamiliar with his earlier work, and who were still getting over the death of Bruce Lee. This film is one where Jackie established his own fighting style and screen persona, and proved that he was not going to be another Bruce Lee clone. New audiences loved him for this, and the rest is history. One another note, just how old us Mako anyway? I mean, the guy was actually a villain who fought Bruce when he played Kato on the green hornet!, Mako is IMO one of the great unsung Chinese martial arts stars who never quotes get the recognition he deserves. As an actor he has amassed a tremendous body of work Jackie earned a black belt in tae kwon do in one month while filming this movie. he also learned how to rollerskate in 5 days for this film! White belt is 10th kup as you grade (do a test) you get a lower kup level, and either stripes on your belt or new belts to show your Kup. after 1st Kup comes 1st Dan, the first level of blackbelt. TKD has 8 levels of Dan and a 9th level that is only awarded under special circumstances. A kup or Dan is used to show your level of ability and training at a glance 2013? I think you're off by at least 3 decades. This was Jackie Chans first attempt at breaking in on american cinema. It wasn't a sucess. Neither was his second attempt a few years later with The Protector. Not until the early 90's with Rumble in the Bronx did he become a hit here in the U.S. After that his older movies became popular here in the U.S.
